How we handle your data.

Right now, the only information we collect on this site is your email address, which you give us when you request early access to DOMUS.

We don't use cookies. We don't run analytics. We don't track your visit. There's no advertising on this page, and no third-party trackers built into it.

When you submit your email through the form on this site, it is sent to a Google Form. Google stores this information on our behalf so we can keep track of who has requested early access.

Google's own privacy policy applies to data stored through their service. You can read it here: policies.google.com/privacy.

We use your email for one purpose only: to notify you when DOMUS is ready for early access.

We will send you one message when DOMUS opens. After that, if you choose to use DOMUS, you'll receive normal product communications. If you don't, you won't hear from us again.

We do not sell your email. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not give it to data brokers. We do not use it to train AI models.

Because DOMUS is operated from California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies. You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you
• Ask us to delete your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we don't sell it, so this is automatic)
• Not be discriminated against for using these rights

To use any of these rights, email hello@meetdomus.com. We will respond within 72 hours.

We keep your email until one of two things happens:

• You ask us to delete it
• We decide DOMUS is no longer being built — in which case we delete all waitlist emails

If you change your mind at any time, just email us and we'll remove you.

DOMUS is built for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

When DOMUS launches as a real product, this policy will change to reflect the new ways we handle data (your records, your messages, your photos). When that happens, we will email everyone on the waitlist to let them know.

For now, this is the whole policy. There's nothing hidden.
